Austin is Central Texas! It’s the home of our State Capital, the University of Texas, St. Edwards University and Austin Community College.

Austin Population
Austin saw growth from 2000-2008 of 32%, according to the Austin Chamber of Commerce. Austin MSA, in 2008, had an approximate, 1.6+million people. The 1990′s saw a 48% increase in population. Austin is anticipating more growth for 2010 due to the fact that Austin remains one of the top cities for migrating talent. That means more Austin Real Estate sales will continue to grow.
Austin Entertainment
Austin is known as the Live Music Capital of the World and hosts SXSW each year. We also have a professional symphony, ballet and opera companies, many theaters, dance companies, vocalists, and orchestras with productions throughout the year.
