The neighborhoods are high above Austin, and the streets are very steep as they wind up the mountain. You can get a great workout in, while walking the area. Many of the homes in Cat Mountain have stunning views of Austin, Lake Austin and the 3260 Bridge. The homes and villas were built as far back as the 70′s and as current as the 1990′s. Cat Mountain is centrally located Austin, and only minutes to downtown and the Arboretum.
