Barton Creek began its existence in the mid 1980′s and is a high end luxury community with dramatic views, canyons, cliffs, wooded areas, creeks and wildlife graze close by. A 4000 acres nature preserve on one side of the community and Barton Creek Greenbelt is on the other side where there are 8 plus miles of hike and bike trails and waterfalls. Barton Creek World Class Resort and Spa is located in the center of this exclusive community of neighborhoods. Membership is required of the residents of Barton Creek with four golf courses designed by the likes of Ben Crenshaw and Arnold Palmer. Fine dining, social activities, and tennis are also available.
