Northwest Hills is located in a great area for easy access to all of Austin. Northwest Hills is bordered by Spicewood Springs, Mopac and RR2222.

Most of the homes in Northwest Hills were built in the ‘60s and are continuously being renovated to maintain value in the area. This is one of the favorite areas of Austin to live in. Children that live in the area attend Austin ISD. There are hilltop views from many parts of Northwest Hills as well as hike and bike trails and jogging trails.
