The Estates of Brentwood is located in Northwest Austin and is contigious to the Balcones/Spicewood area. To find, just drive north on Hwy 183 and exit Anderson Mill. Turn left and head west. You will see Estates Brentwood on the left.

The neighborhood began development in the late 1990′s where Morrison Homes was one of several builders.
This neighborhood is part of the highly acclaimed Round Rock ISD.

The neighborhood has a lovely private park with huge trees for shade and many walking paths to enjoy. There are many conveniences in the immediate area around The Estates of Brentwood. Just up the road at 620 and Anderson Mill is one of the nicest HEB grocery stores that Austin has to offer. Numerous shopping centers are at your disposal between 620, Anderson Mill and Hwy 183N. Great restaurants just as Kobe Japanese Steakhouse and Freda’s Seafood Grille are in the area.
