Where is Avery Ranch?
Avery Ranch is located in North Austin in the Cedar Park and Round Rock area. To find Avery Ranch just take Parmer Lane north past Ranch Road 620 to Avery Ranch Blvd. Parmer Lane is the dividing line that separates the subdivision from Cedar Park and Round Rock. To the west side of Parmer Lane is Cedar Park and to the east is Round Rock. It’s just a short drive to Dell campuses, IBM, National Instruments and many other major employers. There is great dining and shopping in the neighborhood.
History of Avery Ranch
This beautiful subdivision began developing in the early 2000′s. Home prices range from $175,000 to over $500,000. A great place to live! Dress Homes, DR Horton, Gehan, and Wilshire Homes, are just a few of the builders that have created this wonderful community.

The main pool and largest one, is located in Morningside where there is a rentable Pavilion at this location.
2 smaller pools are also available for owners:
1 in Granite Shoals on Staked Plains Loop
1 in Waters Edge on Billingham.
To obtain a free pool card, the new homeowner would contact the homeowner’s association which is at this time, Alliance Association, with proper documentation/closing info from the title company. There is a fee for additional pool cards.
Other Avery Ranch Amenities include:
Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts and a sand Volley Ball court, BBQ pits, playscapes and walking trails in various locations throughout Avery Ranch. If golf is your thing, there is a beautiful golf course that runs throughout the ranch. Avery Ranch Golf Club and Clubhouse is located at 10598 Avery Club Dr. To join the golf club, you can inquire about fees at 512-248-2442. There is no mandatory membership as a homeowner and anyone can dine at the clubhouse without being a member.
